Question about this website and another website

Greetings, 

I was trying to access a website  that I have been able to view before, titled,  HawaiiFive0online.net  and was blocked. Its now a private site?  When did that happen?   I like this site a lot,  would anybodies out there know how I could be invited back in?  

I am also a little confused about being re-directed here??   Are these sites linked

If you have any information on these questions I would greatly appreciated it
